Return Window
We accept returns within 14 DAYS of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
You have 14 DAYS from the date of delivery to initiate a return
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must be free from any signs of wear or damage
- Sale items may only be exchanged or credited
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or colors. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate your exchange preference.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
- Beauty and personal care products
- Gift cards and downloadable products
